Tuition Cost Share Request Form (PDF)
This form is to be completed by Principal Investigators at least 15 business days prior to the sponsor deadline and should be submitted to David Stone, Director of OSP, for consideration. Please contact your Research Development Specialist to address questions concerning completion of the form.

A consortium agreement must be established when subcontracting institutions are involved in a project. You may find more information on subcontracts under Proposal Preparation. The following consortium agreement templates should be used if a proposal requires the establishment of a consortium agreement.

NIU Consortium Agreement Template
This template is to be used when NIU is the subcontractor on another institution's proposal.
Non-NIU Consortium Agreement Template
This template is to be used when another institution is a subcontractor on NIU's proposal.
Non-Academic Institution Consortium Agreement Template
This template is to be used when a Non-Academic organization is a subcontractor on NIU's proposal.
